The meetups work more like a social gathering of like minded people, it's a very open and welcoming group, and can be very easy to make friends within the group. I've been a member for nearly 5 yrs now (nevermind wot my profile says, my old profile got deleted, so I had to start a new one lol..) and I've never looked bk, it's a great net work of friends that r always there to get drunk with lol. :-)=
