Naturally enough, cemeteries tend to be places of popular interest for Vampires, places of gentle beauty and serenity, places charged with a special power and atmosphere so very different to the daily grind taking place beyond the gates.
For your reference, I've started a list here of London's most noteworthy cemeteries. Should there be any that you'd like to see added, drop me a line via the "contact organiser" link in the left-hand column
London's Magnificent Seven
The passing of two significant acts of parliament in 1833 allowed for the establishment of private, commerically run cemeteries that were not directly connected to the Church. The first, "An Act for establishing a General Cemetery for the Interment of the Dead in the Neighbourhood of the Metropolis" laid the foundations for the establishment of these cemeteries, whilst the second, "The Anatomy Bill" put an end to the practice of selling corpses to medical schools by grave-robbers / body-snatchers. Kensal Green Cemetery was the first of London's so-called magnificent seven established on the outskirts of the city (as it was back in that period). London's boundaries have since swollen to such an extent that all seven lay firmly within the city limits.

Brookwood Cemetery
Brookwood cemetery is a notable example of the growing interest (read commercial viability) for independantly established final resting places. Originally proposed by the "London Necropolis and National Mausoleum company" as being a suburban London cemetery large enough to contain all of London's dead for ever. It's certainly very large, arranged as it is over 2,000 acres of land. In 1854, it was the largest cemetery in the world and whilst this no longer holds true, it remains the biggest in the United Kingdom.
